Mounted group at Hay, New South Wales

 

 

At the outbreak of the Second World War Frank joined the Australian Army. He spent much of the war as Regimental Sergeant Major at the prisoner of war camp in Hay, New South Wales. In the photograph below he is second from the left, on his horse 'Ginger'.
